Porter Ranch Golf Course Area

The Porter Ranch Golf course area borders North of Rinaldi, east of Tampa and west of Wilbur. There 802 homes with a mix of single story, two story and tri level homes ranging from 1600-4000 square feet. The median price in 2007 was $759,000 down 13% from 2006. I have logged prices since 2002 Click Here and as you can see the area still has more than doubled. So with that being said a market correction is just part of the real estate cycle. How long will this cycle last? Well without the crystal ball I would imagine we will be in a down market for this year and probably 2009, then we usually have a flat period for around a year 2010 and then we start moving up again.
